You always get an connect 2.0 error ( no network connection) when requesting a journey.

Here are the issue I have with version: 1. There is no Jouney Planner. You cannot use it to determine how you can go from point A to B. 2. Unless you are at the bustop - read the bustop number or use the map function, or use another app to find the bus top number, you cannot find out what busese are at the location. 3. There is no bus guide and the route of the bus. Without a guide, you cannot get the bust top number, or dertmine where to stop. 4 To add a bustop to favourite you have to remember the number, then add it in the first screen. Plesse let us fo it after selecting the bustop. 5. let us set the distance you seek out MRT station. 600m is to short a distance, and GPS may not be accurate. I am at Chinatown point offuce block and it cannit find an MRT station. May be it is because it is not on SMRT map ;-) 6. becuae you only include SMRT info, chances of me using this is less, especually if others include both your and SBS Transit info. Correct the above it would be. 5 star app. I should also point out that others apps of similar nature are not perfect. It all depend on where I am and where I am going to to decide what app I would use. In general if I have to plan my route, I use Google map. If I am taking SBS bus, then I would use IRIS otherwise SG Buses. (I bough BUS@SG, but there seemed to no update) SG Buses is useful for route checking and bustop number ..

Arrival time loads very slowly. Maps slow & not responsive, please use Google Map instead.

App crashes for train information search. Please fix it with an update. Thank you.

1)Important details like bus routes & schedules are missing. 2)No journey planner so whats the use, dont know how to get from point A To B. 3)Bus stops nearby should not only be pins on map. It should also be displayed as a list as it easier & faster to read & tap for next info. 4)Please use google map 5) App loses out to bus@sg & Iris in features & display layout.

slow, buggy and ugly

Doesnt work on my iPad. No map, no information at all anywhere. SMRT cant do trains, cant do apps.

Functions are non-intuitive, maps load really slow, (WiFi or 3G) the App keeps crashing and the opening message is a nuisance.

This app is as bad as iris. Sounds like the developer didnt want to test before they put this in app store.

The app interface is cluttered, unfocused and not pleasing to the eye. This looks (and works) similar to the IRIS app. same developer perhaps? Maybe you should spend a little more money and get a proper app done. You can approach me too, Ill charge you half the price, and give u double the quality. easily. write me.

This app is terrible ! Eg. If we are at home checking the bus arrival times , how do we even know the bus stop code ? I suggest that list out different bus services with all the bus stop inside , similar to the smrt website . Srsly need lots of improvement .

This is the worst SG app, ever. Even worse than the always-crashing CNA app. This developed by SMRT IT team? Or a kids experimental school project? Utterly useless. Plain waste of time. Deleted after 3minutes.

Typical app that didnt think the ux through. Its very difficult to maneuver around. Dont know who did the app, but next time please use a better it company it youd outsource this.

I thought I could rely on this App the way we do on Iris from SBS Transit and was waiting in anticipation from something similart from SMRT. Unfortunately the arrival times of the buses cannot be believed. It can state that bus 855 is arriving in 7 min only to see the bus past by. On many occasions the past arrival times are totally off. This is why SMRT you will always be the No.2 transport company in Singapore.

Very slow, and very stupid design, cant search by bus no, only by bus stop no, who the fuc* know that??

Everyone take a chill pill. Find out yourself how to work this app. Then write a review. Cause this app works fine. And if youre so outspoken to write a review, dont be lazy to learn how to use this app.

After taking a chill pill, heres my 2 cents. Whats the purpose of this App? Finding MRT or bus stop around u? Theres already map app. If you dont know where the mrt station is located, u dont need the take a train. The scheduled arrival of train is a joke. Right now, service between Caldecott hill and holland V is down but the train still show arrival in 3 mins. Is this a close loop communication of train arrival or just a dummy auto message that run based on the time if the day? If it is the later, forget it it. I take the train everyday, I dont need this useless info. If this app is to be any useful, it should push notification realtime to let us know when there is a service disruption. Its really a bloody waste of time to spend so much time writing this review but unfortunately its likely written for smrt management feel good that they have an app on iTunes! How savvy! Now whoever wrote this app, please take the mrt and use this app to see if the info on train arrival is correct. Especially during peak or service disruption. Smrt management stop patting your own back and think you had done a good job. Stop blaming your predecessor for any failures. You own it now and its your responsibility

This is useless. Clearly, SMRT has no idea how to operate a public transit system. Otherwise they would not put out this useless app. How about a simple app that is accurate. I just want to save my favorite bus stops and see a list of all the bus arrival times in a single list. And while you are at it, how about accuracy? The arrival times are wrong 50% of the time. Whats the point if you cant even do this?

It has never given bus arrival time

It has helped me in daily traveling. Want to see some upgrade in future to solve the existing problems.
